Yeah, it's diablo expensive... You can't buy it without a loan, no matter if it's a second-hand apartment or a new one... It used to be cheaper some time ago (almost 20 years I think x.x), when my grandparents were buying their own place: they only picked the apartment from a developer, and then paid one bigger deposit, and then they paid off the apartment in installments, and they weren't terribly high either... so convenient, I'm jealous x.x The apartments straight from the developers used to be much cheaper (if they were still being built while you paid for it), nowadays it's a usual price. Second-hand, new, still in building, doesn't matter, the prices are the same. And horrendous. It's not helping that we're searching in Warsaw. Warsaw and Sopot have the most expensive apartments in Poland. And I've also heard Poland has one of the most expensive apartments in Europe. But I didn't check it tbh.
So you need to save up first to have your own input into the loan (I think it's about 20% of the price, probably depends on the bank). That can take us another year, as we don't want just any apartment. I'm seriously thinking about an apartment that will be suitable to start a family in. At first bf said we only need 2 rooms (1 bedroom and a living room) but I went all "and when we have kids, then where will you keep them? 8u We'd have to look for an apartment for swap, or sell the one we have and buy a bigger one, what's the point in buying a small apartment if we'll have to change it in two years from buying? Bu" So of course we switched our preferences to 3 rooms (2 bedrooms and a living room). Unless we pick an apartment with a separate kitchen, then we could make the living room into a bedroom. But bf would rather have a kitchen annex >.<

Yeah, they're expensive, and you can't even make it the way you want it, because everybody in your family goes "how can you not invite your own sister?! " Well, because she's a bitch, and it's my wedding, so fuck off x.x Besides I don't have friends to invite, and we're not religious either, so some people in my family would ask "how can you get married without church involved?! " Like normal people? In the civil office? Sign the paper and voi la? who needs a crucified guy hanging over their head while they're making their vows to each other? That's not romantic XD
I just want to have a white dress made by my mom, maybe have my dad give me away to Dami -bf-, make my vows, sign the paper, change my last name, cry a bit from joy overload, surrounded by my closest people. I don't need the fat aunt to come, she's annoying x.x I don't need any aunts or uncles, hell, my grandma's nephew got married without a church being involved and only the closest family members were present and nobody made any fuss, and here I am worrying about the fuss my closest family may make IF I ever get married x.x *kicks her sister's butt*
