The Portal

Okay, as someone that believes in alternate universes and portals to other dimensions, I'm starting to believe this joke I've made over the years...
I've lost several items that were in my room.
1. Wacom Bamboo Tablet Pen
2. A White Stuffed Llama Named Fred
3. An Enderman Plush From Minecraft named Mr. Charles Enderman
4. Random Food
5. Weekly Pill Organizer
These items rarely leave my room and even rarely leave the house.
Yet, they seem to have disappeared and no one admits to touching them or seeing them.
And yes, I've torn my room apart several times and still found nothing.
They just vanished one day and have never been seen again.
Anyways, I started saying there was a portal in my room, jokingly.
However, I'm starting to believe it.
I have no other explanation.
Unless someone is lying and won't fess up.
But, I was told that spirits take things and place them somewhere else.
Many times I've set something down and found it somewhere else. When I was alone.
And I'm forgetful, but I'm not stupid.
Supposedly spirits do it for fun and I've also been told they leave things for us - like random pennies we find when we know damn well we're broke as hell.
And I've never had this happen, but I've heard of people losing socks in dryers.
Have you ever had anything similar happen?
What's your theory?

I think they're lying, or you're not remembering the last place you put it, or something fell and knocked it under something (talking about the tablet pen)
Not that I don't believe and ghosts and other things.....just I believe in people being douches too....and those are a lot more common D:
But I do believe in Time Warps XD

She mentioned tearing her room apart, so I am sure she would have found those items if they were there. I think either the people are lying or a ghost took them for some reason.

So her room is completely separate from the house/apartment/whatever? Things can roll out of a room, and people can tear a room apart and still miss what they're looking for. I've done it before.
Of course I was thinking people were lying more than anything else because no one wants to admit that they did the thing.

There's a general black hole in the house, on top of the ghost children
And I'm pretty sure my room has its own special black hole too
If you ask the kids to give it back, there's two results
One is it appears in a spot everyone has looked for it already. Means the kids borrowed it
The other is it isn't returned. That would be the black hole munching it

I don't live in a very large house and we've cleaned and moved stuff around a few times after I lost some of the items.
The others, I've cleaned out my closet three times and I never found anything.
So either someone took it and boxed it up and put it in the storage or it disappeared.
I don't see any reason for them to lie.
But I also get pissed off when people touch or move my stuff.
It makes me really angry.
Kit: Any black-eyed childrens 8u?

Funnily enough, I don't lose things o_o I mean, I might lose my pen for 2 minutes but it's usually wedged in a book somewhere, in my lap or under the table. I suppose I do misplace bookmarks but I believe that's because they're still in one of my books haha.
Maybe those items are just wedged in between something or deep in a corner.

I've never really permanently lost something without being able to find it again. The thing that gets closest to being mysteriously lost are lighters, but I know damn well that I leave those things all over the place--I'll pick it up when I go back inside, but I never do, or put it on a ledge and it gets knocked out of line of sight and I forget about it...all my fault, though. Good thing they're inexpensive. XD

OMG! I've had things like that happen!
This is long before my kid.
Okay when we first moved to our home and we had two outdoor cats, we had the back door open and a bird flew in the house. Well I went to get a broom to chase it out and it was gone! And my mom was at the door way and she swears up and down it didn't fly pass her.
Then there was a time we bought two kinds of ice cream. French Vanilla for my mom and I think it was Neapolitan for my dad and me. Anyways I watched my dad put both ice cream containers in the freezer. Now my mom doesn't eat a lot of ice cream and even then she had hand problems, so my dad or myself would get my mom her ice cream. Well when my dad went to get her some, the container was gone! I know my dad nor I ate it. Even if my brother got into it, (he was living with us at the time) he wouldn't have eaten the whole thing. He's not a jerk like that. And then there was a time we bought some rolls and we put them on top of the fridge later that day, they were gone! And we looked all over the kitchen and nothing. We most definitely checked beside and behind the refrigerator and nothing.
This house is kinda creepy. XD
