I may be wrong but was under the impression that I had bought all of the nerdis hair packs while I seem to have only two packs. It's probably a mistake on my side but if it's not much trouble could someone check into it?

According to my logs you bought the Nerdis Hair Pack (A) from the Treasure Trove on 2017-08-20 18:58:37 and bought 4 Nerdis Hair via Trade with wulfilalice on 2017-08-20 11:57:06.
There is no record of you buying any of the other packs.
