Oh, good to know. I wanted a Zelda amiibo, but I balked at the prices for them.

Yeah
Also, nearly everything you need that's important you get on the Great Plateau: the runes
And once you're off there, you can do whatever you want
In whatever order you want
I recommend getting the Master Sword, and the 13+ hearts necessary for it
It's only 30 damage normally, but in corrupted areas it doubles
And the Trials DLC, when completed, permanently has it glowing and at 60 damage
If you have the Switch, keep up on the Tips from the Wild. Free stuff is always good
The Gorons is easier with the matching armor, but there's elixers that have the same result that you can get as well
The Gerudo grants an armor set necessary for getting into their town
The Zora grants one of three pieces of their set, but it's the only piece you need
The Rito doesn't have armor specifically to access their Divine Beast, but be prepared for a lot of up and down. Literally
And practice in-air archery. It'll make part of that a bit easier

If you get the expansion pass, Majora's Mask helps you ignore most mooks
And if you have Guardian music, run like a motherfucking bitch, especially at the beginning. Damaged ones have 500 health, mobile ones 1500. Lynels, Hinox, Talus, they're proper minibosses and are a pain to beat
And are revived with the Blood Moon. Better hope you don't have one rise right after a fight on you

Is it that difficult getting the master sword?

What's your opinion on leveling up stamina?

I have the WiiU version.

Yeah, if you have anything less, you die. Deku Tree prevents it the first time, but not any other time. Fortunately after you do pull it out your health is fully restored
Getting there...pick up the torch and follow the Sparks. Walk slowly and stop and pan around to make sure you're still following the Sparks. No enemies will hound you in there, but if you go off the path, the koroks laugh and you get put back to the last of the torches
There's a shrine nearby past that, complete it so you don't have to go back the long way every single time. Also an inn and stuff to buy, as well as trials/shrines. Handul of quests, too

Stanima? Well, I did some alternating until I found out how many hearts are necessary for the Master Sword, and I went to 14 hearts
I'm now capped on hearts, two circles of stanima, and I've got one or two upgrades to go, but shrine quests neeeegh
But upgrade it's still good to have. Especially when you're looking to avoid enemies by scaling up the side of a mountain. In the middle of a rainstorm
Like I've done before :D

Oh, yeah, I've made it to the Lost Woods before; I just didn't go through the Master Sword challenge yet.

And yeah, I try to find a nearby shrine every time I make a stop somewhere. XD

Sounds like a good idea to prioritize hearts, then.

Wait, how do you climb during the rain?

Witha lot of hoppig and sliding

Currently doing the Divine Beasts Tamer quest that came up in the newest update
One hit kill weapon...but you're a one hit kill yourself
Majora's Mask is very helpful here, but even so, two hits and the weapon loses its power briefly. Gotta be cautious
But hey, more shrines!

Yeah, just to 13 or 14. Frm there I got myself a second full stanima wheel and then hearts capped

Aha, then you'd have to have enough stamina as well.

Oh, sounds intense.

Hello keese swarm go away
Wtf
Cuz when you're in that quest, even in daytime the Great Plateau has this most that keeps it dark enough for them to hang around
And no Champion's skills to help

At least they barely hurt.

As long as it doesn't kill me, I just hit and get hit and munch some fruit dishes as I go.

You're not allowed to recover health for this. It's literally one hit they're down, one hit you're down. Game puts you at a quarter heart for this question
So yeah, even keese are deadly in this quest
It's harsh
And I haven't even tried the shrines yet. Hopefully they're just blessings
