Sirene continued to sleep, curling up in her blankets more. She murmured a bit in her sleep about Nate and how much she loved him. She then was out in a deep sleep once again, burying her head into her pillow and snuggling further into her bed. She wouldn't be waking up anytime soon. It was obvious that she hadn't slept too well the night before.

Natalie couldn't go back to sleep, so she carefully slid out of the bed and quietly swam into the living room, drowning when she found her brother gone. She sighed and did some minor picking up just to help Sirene, and to pass the time.

A few hours later she was in the kitchen making breakfast for herself and for Sirene.

Sirene finally woke up and swam out into the main living room and kitchen area, running a brush through her hair,"I guess Nate had things to do before the concert." She said, more to herself than to anyone in particular. She went over to Natalie and hugged her,"Whatcha doing?" She asked with a smile.

Natalie was humming quietly as she made breakfast, blinking when Sirene came in and hugged her. Her face had brightened as if she she were thinking of the human boy, then smiled at her friend as she finishing cooking. "You were sleeping so I am making breakfast for the two of us." She said gently. It was his loss for not being Here, meaning her brother.

Sirene let out a sigh as she sat down,"Natalie there is something I want to talk to you about..." She said, looking at her friend, "It's about our new friend Bryan. I have a big crush on him... but I know you do too..." She sighed again,""I wish I knew what to do. I still have a crush on Nate too. "

Natalie blinked as she brought over their food, and sat down with her. Her face brightened when Sirene brought up Bryan and fiddled with her fork a little. "How is he my friend? I haven't even actually talked to him.." She murmured as she took a bite of her breakfast. Couldn't she have waited until they ate? Natalie made it just for the two of them.

She sighed quietly and just focused on eating. How would she know what to say?

Sirene could tell bringing it up was a mistake. She sighed, almost not wanting to eat now. She had been so hungry until now. She swam over to the kitchen, wanting to get something to drink. While in there she sighed again and smacked her forehead,"I'm an idiot I swear." She sighed in frustration.

Natalie sighed and followed Sirene into the kitchen, to clean up. She lightly flicked her friend's forehead after she smacked herself. "You are not." She said quietly, turning red again. "I've never liked anyone before.. I just don't know to react to it." She said, hugging Sirene.

Sirene sighed, hugging her back,"I just seem to be in a really bad funk lately." She said,"I just feel like everything I do is wrong, even when I've seen it's not." She rubbed her face,"I'm sorry, it's like this after every break up. I'm really starting to wonder if there is something wrong with me..."

Natalie smiled. "..and I think that's why Nathan wanted to take you to the concert so badly." She said softly, hugging her friend again. "Just be sure to be there for me, my first break-up, promise?" She asked softly, her cheeks heating up a little. If she ever managed to get a guy and if it didn't work, the first person she wanted there was Sirene.

Natalie blinked and glanced at the clock. "Oh god.. the concert! It's in half an hour." She said.
