Kingdom of Knuffel

Sirens hemmed as she cooked, humming alone to the tune of Nathan's favorite song as she did so.

Bryan frowned,"So that part is true too...I heard something like that a long time, now that I think about it...if they don't get back they could die..."

Nathan was soon humming along with her as he watched her. He loved her voice, and that song, and her. He really did love her.

Natalie blinked and raised her hands a little when he frowned. "I wouldn't say we'd die.." She said, trying to calm him down. Natalie lost her balance on the rock and fell back into the water. She surfaced and swam to the beach line, where the water was just covering her tail. Thinking about death scared her, a lot. "Our tails come back after sundown, so of course we have to be in water."

Sirene smiled and soon swam over to him with their dinner,"I thought I'd try something new this time." She said,"Let me know what you think. It looks really good that's for sure."

Bryan nodded, carefully working with the shells she had brought to him,"I see..." he said, looking like he was thinking a bit. Soon he had finished, turning her beautiful shells into an incredible necklace.

Nathan hushed his humming once Sirene came out of the kitchen, he sniffed lightly as she handed the dish to him. "It smells wonderful." He said to her. Truthfully, he was beginning to worry for his sister. It was getting late and he hadn't seen her since this afternoon, before the concert. He tasted the dish and smiled. "It's fantastic." He said, kissing her on the cheek and eating.

Natalie watched him as he carefully arranged the shells from her collection. Once the necklace was finished, her eyes lit up. "Oh, it's beautiful!" She said, then she noticed the sunset and gasped quietly. "Oh my, it's gotten so late.." She said softly, thinking her brother and Sirene- but she didn't want to leave Bryan. She was having such a good time with him.

Sirene smiled,"Really?" She asked, feeling whatever worry she had fall away,"That's wonderful."

Bryan carefully placed the necklace around her neck,"You should get back...I'm sure Sirene and your brother will worry about you."

Nathan nodded and smirked some as he ate. "Aren't you gonna eat Sirene?" He asked, a little worried.

Natalie gazed at the sunset, then at Bryan when he spoke. She gently placed a hand over her necklace. "Thank you.." She said softly. Natalie carefully closed her little jewelry box and picked it up. "Goodnight Bryan." She said before taking off into the water.

Sirene nodded,"I just realized the time...I'm surprised Natalie isn't back yet..." She was worried for her friend.

Bryan smiledn"Goodnight, Natalie." He said, gathering up his things and heading home himself.

Nathan nodded lightly. "I know the feeling.. She'll be back any time now, so don't worry too much." He teased lightly.

Natalie soon swam to her friend's house and knocked on the door.

Sirene heard the knock and excused herself, kissing his cheek before swimming to the door and opening it. She smiled when she saw Natalie there,"There you are~" She smiled, hugging her friend gently,"Come on in... I just made dinner if your hungry?" She was glad her friend was back, she couldn't wait to tell her about the concert.

Nathan chuckled and continued eating.

Natalie smiled and nodded lightly. "I'm starving actually." She said as she swam inside and over to the couch. "How was the concert?" She asked curiously.
