Been there done that. All we get is: "That's borrring!" So that's one reason why she's seeing a behavior specialist.

my mom would make me do chores so I no longer tell her whenever I'm bored. Seems I got off easy. Poor girl

Throws fits. Dad had suffered a brain aneurysm about two years ago, but certain sounds hurt his head. And when she gets upset she does a high pitch scream and it hurts him. We don't want him in the hospital again.

maybe she can hit pillows instead. Hitting pillows can also help. Pillows make no sound and you can't damage them. At least I never did

Nope. She'd rather yell. I have little control over her, that's also why she's seeing a specialist.

Well, we just started. Tomorrow was supposed to be her second appointment, but due to something coming up we had to post pone till next Thursday.
