Thumbnail image in the art gallery broken.

The newer works uploaded to the galleries are showing broken thumbnails.

They show up that way too on my profile.

Checked if maybe it was a url issue but both DA and Imgur don't work.

I think Firn said the art gallery would be retired and replaced by some kind of site art contest, so this is probably something that doesn't have a high priority to fix anymore.

Wellthen! but it seems this issue reaches past
the art gallery entirely and maybe
an onsite issue all together?
Trying on certain items in shop and dream avatar break too.

Trying on items in the shops and dream avatars works fine for me?
Anyone else having such an issue?
About the art gallery: As Chrizine said, I re-designed all of the art gallery to be turned into an official monthly art contest. I finished the art for it already a year ago, but sadly starkad never implemented it. No maintenance on the art gallery as it is now will be done. As I cannot even get starkad to implement the change from art gallery to art contest, I will most likely not get him to fix things on a feature that is intended to be discontinued. Sorry about that.
I hope the art contest will come some day...

Awww its ok!! Don't worry about that, def wouldn't fix it either
if it's supposed to be replaced;; really do hope he finds time to
implement the new update soon;; It sounds like it might be fun!
and strange;; it seems to be working now? Maybe it was a
server side issue for me or something or however you call it.
The sites been acting odd for me lately, but maybe lag from
the halloween event or something 
Just didnt make sense why certain colours wouldn't work

Stinks you guys can't update it. I think it's fine the way it is. Just needs a make over. I appreciate the update on what's going on.

When we did the big user survey years ago, most users agreed that the art gallery was the feature on this site they were the least interested in and it's really not used much, neither for uploading images, nor are the images there viewed or rated much. As it is now, it's really not a useful contribution to this site.
