If you decorate for Halloween, what do you put up?

Outside, I have a graveyard with talking tombstones and big spiderweb with large spiders zip-tied to it, some little witches with a bubbling cauldron, and I'm working on a starry ceiling for the porch so I can hang "floating" candles ala Harry Potter. I'm not sure about the candle thing, it's not working out well so far. I have one of those Atmos FX projectors that will be playing the eerie eyes videos in the windows above the witches. (I've done the dancing skeletons and the singing witch digital decorations in the past).

Inside the doorways are draped with black fabric and the fireplace mantle has a candles and pumpkins and magic books and ravens on it.


What kind of decorations do you put up?

I decorated my desk at work with bat lights and a bat garland, but to be honest my desk always looks like Halloween.

My house is pretty Halloween year round as well - I have a glass pumpkin and some skulls on my fireplace mantel

I have fake pumpkins out front.

So fancy!

I just move some of the straw bales out front where they can be seen, and leave a few gourds and pumpkins on them, and then stop sweeping away cobwebs so they build up outside.

Someday I'll have funds for more elaborate decorations....

Wait, so are those for indoor decorations or outdoor decorations?


Do people tend to do more decorating for holidays inside or out?

Oh! Ha ha, yeah, that would affect things.

I'm getting inspired. Depending on time, I might try some indoor decorations myself.
