Kingdom of Knuffel

When I was a newbie I didn't really understand stats and didn't pick them well. Is there any way to reset them or roll back/reissue stat points?

The only way I know of is to drop (abandon) the knuffel and re-adopt it, and then re-level it up. Which is not fast.
