tho granted my aunt is in the medical field
so I didn't need to go.
but if my knee does this again she recommend a place.
The ER won't do anything for my dislocated knee.

I mostly took ibuprofen extra strength for the first few days
since dislocating my knee by doing the bare minimum has
happened before.
secon time it's happened.

going up and down stairs is still difficult for me.
this is the first time I took time to heal.
first time it happened the very next day I went to class like nothing happened lmaoo

That wouldn't work for me, sadly...I have a high pain tolerance and it takes really strong pain pills to help 8,u

I hurt my knee when I was a teen. I was spotting someone who was lifting weights and I jumped down and landed knee first on a metal pole.
It hurt so bad I thought I broke my knee xD
Years later, I still get knee pain and I wonder if I did damage it that bad.

I don't have a high pain tolerance but my dislocated knee
is the worst injury I've ever had.
and every time it dislocates my knee gets damaged a little.
I lost my only source of exercise from covid.
so it's very hard to keep my strength up.

Not gonna lie but I can just feel pain in my knee reading about your dislocated one xD
It sounds so unpleasant.
Have you tried wearing a knee brace?
Like for when you have to do physical stuff?

I swear I have trauma from this latest injury because for a while
could not stop replaying it in my head. x. x
and then my bran decided to make up new scenarios too lmoo

I wear a knee brace every time I go downstairs or anything that I do activity wise.

tho because I've been stuck in bed for 2 months I've lost a lot of muscle in my back, so when I get my breakfast my upper back is killing me.

so fair to say I need a lot of physical therapy. :mcheh:

Man, my back is always hurting.
I can take like 4 Advil at once and it does nothing to stop the pain.
I use my heating pad a lot. Can't tell if it does anything, though.
