I would not. I personally believe every bad thing we do returns to us. I also simply dislike hurting others, so I tend to avoid things like that as much as I can.
Unless there's some valid purpose... Like to prevent someone from hurting others or destroying something. Then I'd consider using it.
My emotions alone are definitely not a valid purpose.

Nope.
Now, if you could do remote acupuncture with it, maybe. That'd be a different matter. I don't want the bad karma from the other though.

I don't really have it in me to do that kind of thing.
I sometimes say "I hope they stub their toe three times a day for two weeks >8u"
But I couldn't force pain on them.
Not unless, like in that other thread, they were a danger to someone.
You can also use it to hurt someone in a positive way, I guess.
I'll never forget this baby being trapped and the rescuer could only get her out by breaking her arm or something and it was so hard for him to do, but he had to do it to get her out.

Heck yeah I would.
I would voodoo doll the heck out of some people. They deserve it.
And I'm not positive but I think you can do nice things with voodoo dolls as well. In that case I would do that too.
