I actually never herd of it so i am now checking it out lmao

They only open registration sometimes because they have quite a huge amount of interested people and their servers can't cope with it.
But there are so many dragons there and it is absolutely worth waiting for them to open registration xD

So I have a siren bard in D&D who loves to use a spell that forces the enemy to fall into laughter and I decided she reads puns every time she uses that spells.

So I've been wanting a drawing of her reading from a book or scroll that'd be filled with puns (if this can somehow be obvious, a book can have a title for example, but a scroll suits the time setting more).

Either way, she looks like this and I am flexible with whether it's a halfbody or fullbody, maybe even less, I am happy to pay 20k anyway (I saved up for getting art, not so much items).

So if you still do commissions I hope you don't mind doing an OC. The reference would be the top humanoid one, so all you have to think about is that she does have fish-like ears and pale eyes as opposed to actual humans. ^^
