Moi: Aww :( Sorry to hear that. I might not have personal experience with that much intense anxiety, but a couple of my close friends do. And it's really rough.

I've been using it, but not seeing any actual changes.
They told me I'm not using it enough, though.
I had it on for at least 5 hours last night.

Currently hoarding the house cats because little feets scare them and my room is safe cuz I don't allow them in
Too much breakable stuff and the oldest is five

They used to be allowed in here, but then they started getting to the antiques and going to play with them so I put a blanket ban down
Which is easier for them to handle than parts of the room, oddly enough

Kids and breakable stuff make me anxious.
I still freak out when my sister is holding a glass or a plate xD
She turns 14 in November.
I can't believe she's that old...

Yeah, is why if I ever move out, I'm having a stick no kids policy at my place because I wanna show them off, not have then shoved into a room where no one will look at them

Moi: Hm... maybe it's just subtle changes.
I've been pretty sucky for the past few weeks tbh because of school and other responsibilities, but I'm done with most of them, and finally don't need to do all nighters anymore orz Just gotta focus on school now!
