Moving Country [Opinions and Honesty Wanted!]

Hello all!
I often have grand dreams of moving country; partly because I have the feeling of not 'accomplishing' anything in my life, and partly because I've only ever lived in one city - I'm 27.
I'm from the UK and don't speak any other languages, so I'm scared to move to a country where I couldn't speak their language - I'm trying to learn but I'm not the best at learning languages (I really suck at studying).
I would like some honest advice, opinions and tips - the good and the bad.
