"Yikes, it was that bad huh? Do you mind if I ask what happened?"

"It was really trippy, hallucinations that really scared me..." Tony shivers a bit at the thought. "And I had no one with me to even try to calm me down..."

Cal grimaced.
"That does sound awful. I can't imagine going through that at all, never mind alone."

"After that I went online for more info, most said it isn't so bad if you have a distraction....and I mistook them for another mushroom...." Tony looks a bit sheepish. "But I survived."

"Well, I'm glad you survived! Considering how poisonous some mushrooms are, I'd say you got really lucky."
The thought seemed to scare him.

"Yeah, I was lucky...it was an honest mistake, but I am a bit more careful about things now." Tony says. "So no worries." He says, smiling a bit as he tries to reassure Cal.

Cal managed a smile back. Tony was ok now, and didn't seem too worried, so he was able to relax a bit. Looking around, he caught sight of the lake and grinned.
"It's getting a little warm, don't you think? How about we finish setting up and then take a swim?"

Tony nods a bit. "That sounds like a great idea." He's excited to get to jumping in the water. "It's been a bit since I got to go camping with anyone..." He says as he finally goes back to setting up everything. "Thank you for everything." He says, smiling at Csl.

Cal smiled back cheerfully. Honestly it had been a long time since he'd been camping with anyone else as well, and even before that it had only ever been his family. It was nice going with a friend.
"Hey, no need to thank me. I'm happy to have you along. Thank you for coming!"

Tony chuckles a bit. "But I am really glad we could do this together." He has camped alone once or twice, but it is nowhere near as fun as going with someone else. Soon enough, they get everything set up and goin. "So....swimming time?" He asks, tilting his head a bit.
