same! i usually don't have a lot of free time, so i have zero motivation to spend the 1/2 hours i get in the evening doing repetitive quests i only really play during the holidays...

@Saphira: The winter event was the main motivation to do more than watch the ad theater this time around.

IIRC I think they mentioned in last month's updates that the winter event was supposed to happen in February. I'm sure they'll have plenty more events in the future. I just usually go until I get enough points for all the items.

The winter event was fun! The gift giving though hahahaha...I started thinking like “what am I supposed to give out todayyyy???”

I started giving back the items I got because idk what to give as well. lol

Lol yeah I only gifted the bare minimum cuz I was cheap lol. And I don’t have a lot of stuff saved up because I was alching for scraps lol.

gift giving events are always funny because obviously most people gift the bare minimum haha of course i'd rather give away something small if i'm not sure i'll get something better in return! there's another game i used to play a while ago, howrse, they made a similar event in december and i remember it was just turnips going around (let's say it's the equivalent of 50FP) it turned out to be a massive exchange of turnips no one dared to give away more than that

but there also aren't a lot of active users on there anymore. what i really like about dappervolk is that it's still very active since it's pretty new. sadly these sites aren't very popular anymore, kids today play app games on their phones! it feels like the same generation that grew up with online browsing games is still the one playing today even though most sites are dead is it just my impression?

i also noticed that many people stopped playing during the teenage years and came back later! i used to play on howrse, flight rising, kofk, ecc.. in 2013/2014, stopped for a while, and i came back a couple of years ago. i've seen lots of people come back after years, i wonder why that happens. nostalgia? not being overwhelmed by highschool anymore?
