I was actually still subscribed to the thread and I remember I'd wanted wings for an avie before so figured might as well even if I forgot the design. (*´ω｀*) (And too late do I realise I could have probably traded queen's bows instead, oh well.) Thanks for the trade!

Queen's items I still have no clue how to value them...
I even have a spare of one of the recent ones, but I don't dare selling it for I have no idea what to list it for.

Since queen's items tend to cost real money (least for me) I'd def trade at a higher ratio myself. But yeah, they're a little harder to really price.

I also got this one from donating myself, so I get your point.
But on the other hand I also got FCs for my money - which are now so damn hard to buy otherwise.
So I suppose that in a certain sense it's not like I did not get a good value for my money...

Also pricing depends so much on rarity.
And I have no idea how rare they are.

In short: I just can't figure it out.

Maybe I should list it in the market for an outrageous asking price, and wait until someone angrily tells me "hey, no, you should not be asking more than X amount"

Anyone who buys FCs outright I think would understand the price. Like for a first tier donation item, since it costs the equivalent of 5 FCs donation, I don't think I could go lower than 3 FCs on a good day, and would generally aim it at 4 and see if they're any takers. People who don't donate for FCs would probably think that's too much, but really, I'm spending live cash, so... yeah.

You may be right.
But people who are donating are not buying those items - they already have them.
And setting a price which nobody would care to pay means never selling.

I wish I would see some of those items sell, just to have a reference.
They used to be expensive, the old GftQ, but every now and then you'd see one for sale.

I mean if a donator missed a month (I have) they might want one. But likely since FCs are so rare I'd rather trade perk items for another item anyway.

I kind of wish there was a thread for just appraisals, but I'm always worried someone will undervalue an item just to get a discount themselves. Oh well, I like the idea of overpricing and seeing if someone comments on what a reasonable price would be, so might go that route.
