I think people are oversensitive sometimes. As someone who is extremely sensitive, I find them too sensitive xD;
There's being right in being upset and there's being a spoiled brat who can't get their way.
Crying always makes me feel better, but I put it off for a long time because I don't want to cry.
It makes me tired. I'm already always tired, I don't want to be more tired.

I still carry a lot of trauma from my childhood as well.
It's all pent-up rage too.
I avoid conflict so I tend to just stuff it all down and sometimes it comes out.
