Did I miss an announcement about why we didn't have it this year, or any kind of Christmas event? Can't find one in announcements but...

Dot dot dot...

Yeah, I thought it was a bit strange. I don't remember seeing anything and thought that maybe they would do a shortened version like a 12 day calendar but I guess the doughnight is a lot of effort and just didn't get done this year. Ah well...

Or maybe it's just super late and is turning into a New Year's thing?

I've had a few people ask me about it and I don't know what happened either.
There just wasn't one this year.

The only other time something like that happened was us not getting a Halloween event one year.
We were warned beforehand about it, though.

I just assumed maybe they didn't have the time or something happened.
Hopefully it was just they didn't have time and not something bad happened.

Well, as long as I'm not crazy!

This time... :mcmeh:

You're only as crazy as everyone else here. ;)

Maybe the King threw a fit and cancelled Doughnight because he's on a diet and got jealous. Seems like the kind of temper tantrum he'd have.

Hahaha, that's the best explanation I've heard! :mclaugh:

PS:
My husband is on a diet (doctors recommended him to reduce sugar) but fortunately he does not throw that kind of tantrums xD

Turns out we'll be snow-fighting so it really is a conspiracy to exercise and lay off the donuts!

ha ah ah ha, lay off of them? Or.... excuse to eat more because here's a way to burn them off!!

I am giving up now on trying to throw at high-rank users.

It's so much easier to go to old dead threads and throw them at people who haven't logged in for ages and are thus at a nice easy rank 1....

Yes, for these events I also prefer rank 1 users.
The amount of points you get may be smaller, but being victorious them most of times is more encouraging than earning a lot of points once in a blue moon.
