Cannot Access old Account's Email

Hello Hello! It's been 3 years.
But I was a decently active member 10+ years ago, when I switched from Gaia to KofK. I even recognize some old players still active in the forums. The problem is the old email associated with my old account doesn't... exist anymore. It was an AOL account, and was my elementary school/middle school email, created by my parents. It's been like 15 years since I switched to GMail and completely forgot my password.
If there is a way to circumvent my old e-mail, as I also forgot my password, I would be so happy. I have ran through all the variants of my old passwords, and I got a feeling, since I couldn't access my email, I made sure this password was super easy so I would never forget. Silly brain, we forget what we had for breakfast.
The old email associated with Rehgai, my original account, has my full first name, the letter P and the number 100 following it, while this one as the first letter of my first name, and my whole last name, which starts with a P, if you want to verify.
Or, if I can get a re-set for the password or update my email, I have another email address I can use and will not forget again! I missed this game, but I had a lot of RL issues to deal with before I wanted to come back.
