(Ugh, self, you're so close to finishing the calculations you want to accomplish.

Keep going!)

Li Li, the kind of curve it creates will be growing up to a maximum and then start decreasing.
If you've already found a relative max, then you've got it - there won't be another one.

Anyway.
What I don't understand is why you take in consideration the first knuffel.

I mean:
You adopt. Then give it up. You adopt again. (So two adoption fees.)
Then give it up, and adopt again. (So three adoption fees in total, only one more.)

When you've done it n times, you'll only be paying n+1 fees and not 2n.

I'm just doing it that way because I want to see, if I do a single knuffel and just give it up and readopt it once... what can I make with that first readoption.

Honestly I should do it again with a single adoption fee for any additional times thereafter, but that wasn't what I was curious about this time.
Pretty sure I already have those numbers somewhere already.

And I wanted to do it up to level 40, because there'll be another jump at level 40 with the +1k for the level-divisible-by-10; I don't think it will get any better than the rate at level 30, but I still want to find out specifically what it is.

I had forgotten this conversation! :qoops:
I usually don't check this subforum, so I forgot.

Well, I did my maths on a spreadsheet.
Doing it your way would take me 10 seconds, and I can share it with you if you want.

The magic that is spreadsheets sounds really appealing...

Yes, please! Share?

Okay so this gratitude is super super late, but I wanted to thank you anyhow. :P

I don't think my brain works well on statistics at all, because somehow none of your results were matching what I was getting? But then you did different configurations which were helpful, so I don't know if it's just because we were looking at different base options or if I did something wrong with my assumptions to begin with.
Either way, looking over that spreadsheet was useful!
