So far for lunch all I've had is Coffee and some cookies lol

We had Pizza today!

Yesterday I had some vegan fish in batter and y'know it was pretty good - didn't taste like fish but was tasty in it's own right (if that makes sense)

My mom makes this, but with the Pilsbury can of cornbread wraps. I L-O-V-E them, lol.

I love vegan meat substitutes. So innovative how they experiment to replicate the textures.

Today I ordered in tteokbokki for a snack (spicy rice cakes made with glutinous rice flour). I wish glutinous rice flour was available where I live, because I want to try making my own.

Some of it can be really tasty - but often doesn't actually taste 'like fish'

Today I had coffee and avocado on toast with poached eggs

I had some fried potatoes and stewed pumpkin today
Later I will enjoy some Christmas cookies
