I sent a wild kniffel this morning, I hope they approve it, how long does it take?

Hi there, from my experience it usually takes a day or two. My last knuffel got approved about 2 days after I sent it in.

Just so you don't worry Amici, know that it can sometimes take closer to a week to get approved if Firn happens to be busy. I've had knuffel approval take 5 hours, and I've had knuffel approval take 5 days, so it can really vary.
