Well... I've thrown about 6 water balloons at a rank 1 player, which is my rank, and none have hit......

Threw three more, but then I started hitting the person. Kinda was shocked at the lack of hits.

I find it to be a pretty fair chance. Sometimes I miss multiple times in a row, but sometimes I also hit multiple times in a row! :D

Yeah, chances are how they are. They enjoy acting funny
Apparently Lvl. 1 VS Lvl. 1 has a 50% chance, but that does not mean you are gonna miss one and hit another one

I hit someone and got 60 points? No idea what rank they were, I just click lol

I think the announcement mentioned that you can even get 200 points or so.
I keep waterbombing rank 1 NPCs, so I steadily get 10 each time I get a hit.

So you can hit NPCs!! I threw like 10 to Firn and didn't hit once. Was quite depressed and posted here togather more targets...

Haha I throw them bubbles at Firn and Nympharia all the time xD
But I'm not really paying attention on whether I hit them or not but I was already able to buy a complete set of the summer event items so it's not that bad

This event was a lot of fun though. I hit Firn so many times.
