I mean, my favorite colors are blue and orange, so that's what I usually go for to some extent in my non-holiday avatars (aka the avatars made from items gained during a holiday event). I do have a couple of avatars themed for specific holidays (My Valentine's Day ones), but unless I'm working on a specific idea, I tend to just dress for the season in blues and oranges.

blackbriar wrote: Nov 21st, '22, 01:12 I agree that green and black is really nice. I didn't think there were too many items that use those two together though so I wonder how easy that would be to use. Maybe I'm wrong? Makes me want to try though.

Almost a year later but I do really like green and black! But you're right I dont think theres a lot of items with those colours together. Maybe I should just use pure black and pure green!

ohhh I actually rarely do blues and oranges cause it reminds me of like action films haha but I love themed avatars for holidays for sure. ESPECIALLY halloween. I feel like all other ones you kinda get the same vibes you know? Valentines = hearts and pink and reds. christmas = snow/cold/green and read or white or red.

But halloween you can use any colours and make anything spooky haha

I think black with royal purple looks good too! And after seeing the black + bright berry combo in items, I want more neon colours to pair black with.

That's harder, to my mind. That's an ongoing, you have to live with it forever thing, instead of one single moment that's the exception instead of the rule.

I think there were some old DIs that were neon + black colours. Or maybe people were just gods at layering haha
