Possible downtime / bugs starting October 20th

Hi everyone,
tomorrow October 20th Kingdom Of Knuffel will be updated to PHP 8.0.
We do not know how compatible our site, especially the old phpBB installation it is based on, will work with the update, so we are expecting a few bugs and glitches at best and a complete termination of functionality at worse. This might take a few days to fix.
So we are just giving you a heads up. If you encounter parts of this site not working tomorrow, please report the problems in this thread. If you find the whole site not working or gone, please be patient with us.
Should the site be down or bugs make the current Halloween event not functional we will of course extend the duration of the event once the problems are fixed.
