@Amura: If they are like anything like my classmates, probably really behind. My school had a reading program that you have to earn so many points based on your reading level, and each book has different points based on the difficulty. When you're done reading you had to take a reading quiz and you earn points by the number of questions you got right. It was fun and I always earned way too many points so I got a lot of prizes.

The plot seems interesting though... but I see the reviews are mostly great or very bad :/

I've never read any of the author, would you say other of her titles are good?
Tbh I've liked most of Austen's works but I've never dared to try many regency writers cause I'm kinda scared it gets too cheesy - in a very dated way! ^^;
Sorry I only just saw this! A lot of people love Georgette Heyer. I've read a handful of her stuff; I haven't really cared for any of it though. I feel like all her stuff that I have read has been so forgettable to me. She also uses a lot of regency slang, so it may be tougher to read than Austen for many people. I won't bother reading more of her stuff.

I won't bother then. I'm even "meh" about some Austin works - although the good ones are so good that I can't help thinking that she's the best romance writer for me.

I've read the summary in GR, and saw there was a movie - and that Vincent Price was in it!
Now that's something.
Had never heard of this title, but Vincent Price is Vincent Price, you know :D

Yeah, I think so, too XD I also ordered anoher book on runes, by another author. It also has some rituals and stuff like that. More magick than theory.

Is the series good? What is it about?

the series is about 3 different brothers (1 brother per book kind of story telling) and their grandpa died but in his will he wants all three of them to find wives and live happy or they get no inheritance lol so it follows all three of them and how they found their wife. The stories are soo good I love them lol the author is amazing.
