Just to add, I also tried to create a new account as a test and I was also given the "solution you provided was incorrect" message on Chrome, Firefox and Edge. On a second look, I see that the captcha isn't showing up but it's acting as if it exists and we've failed it.

If you check the list of new members no new members from November 2022 to July 2023, and all new members from July 2023 have no posts or avatars.
When you select the avatar their profile has this in the header.

Maybe this has been an issue for a while and has gone unnoticed?

The ones without avatars are usually bots. I usually delete them once in a while, when I find the time for it, but haven't done it since July, because it has become too much. I can only manually delete them one by one and our anti-bot measures aren't effective anymore and I cannot keep up with deleting these accounts anymore as it would take hours.

We hardly get any new users these days, but not a single one in almost a year seems strange even for KOfK, so I assume there might be something broken.
