Is the account ZDButterfly? In this case I am afraid the old account does not exist anymore. That's an account that had not been active for years and we used to delete them after years of inactivity - prior to sending the account a notification with a reminder to log in to the accounts through e-mail. We don't delete inactive anymore, just deactivate them, as it turned out people often use e-mails to register that they do not check (which you really should not do, that's where important information might end up), but, yeah, that's how it was done many years ago.
