My mom needs help getting into her account Please

Hi,
my mom is a long time member on here and her username & password is not working. She tried forgot password and it said invalid with any email she tried. Please let me know how she can reset her password

It's possible that her account was deactivated, which means you would have to contact Firn about reactivating it. Some older accounts get deactivated if noone's been on them for a while (like mule accounts). Unfortunately, the mods do not know passwords because that would be a serious security problem if that were to happen.
I suggest giving a private message to Firn and see if she can help with reactivating the account. C:

Oh has she? I had no idea tbh. xD still, messaging Firn might help or maybe Ziaheart. anyways, I'm not sure if Firn can at least check to see which email was used so that passwords can be reset so I guess you can only hope for the best! C:

I'll send you a PM but I must say that I'm having a weird log-in issue myself. Voting on the poll in this thread logged me out and would no longer accept my password. So I sent myself the password reset email and it worked; until I tried voting on the poll in this thread again. Then, the new password wouldn't work and the password reset wouldn't work, either; it said that the form was invalid, even though I had used the exact same email as before. Finally, I sent Firn and Starkad an email and then tried logging in once more and now here I am. So it might be that something weird was happening with the site and it'll work after a few tries? At least, I hope it does for your mother.
EDIT: And now I've just voted in the poll without being logged out.

I have experienced this myself twice now.
Both times just waiting a bit and trying to log in at a later time worked, but of course that is not a satisfactory solution nor a fix.
I will ask starkad to look into this, but this seems to be a weird glitch that happens on and off and it's always difficult to fix a glitch that cannot be reproduced.

Yeah my friend Lutyra also recently had this problem too. We speak on discord so just yesterday, she was like “I couldn’t log in” and had the same password, invalid messages.
