"The Ghost Map", by Steven Johnson.
Just started in on it.
It's about London's 1854 cholera epidemic, and oh, but it *does* make me glad to live in the current times. Our epidemic is so much better, honestly. Makes me so very grateful for modern sanitation and city infrastructure!

Currently hopping between "The Ruin Of Kings" by Jenn Lyons and "Captive Prince" by C. S. Pacat. Both are really good, though "The Ruin Of Kings" can be a little confusing at times since it jumps between past and present every other chapter and there's side notes by the narrator that you kind of should stop to read as you come to them.

I abandoned the intensity of history and reread a few old favorites.
The Sorceress and the Cygnet, by Patricia McKillip, and its sequel The Cygnet and the Firebird
And "Mystic and Rider", by Sharon Shinn.

Finally finished The Priory of the orange tree by Samantha Shannon and feeling quite conflicted about whether I liked it or not.
Started reading Before they are hanged by Joe Abercrombie, though I was rather dissappointed with The Blade Itself, hopefully I'll like this one more.
