comics, manga's, and books all counted up... I'd say close to 2000. At least. :}

Would say probably use to have 500 books. When I moved for college/uni, I had to leave almost all of them behind so I can't be honestly sure that all of them are still around now.

Yeah, when you are counting in single books, either you're young and living at a home with limited space, or you're not much of a reader, or you've just been through a tragedy and lost most of them.
Otherwise you start counting in shelves, and then bookcases/wall-lined-rooms.

Stopped counting years ago but was well in the 1000 then and haven't stopped buying since. :}
