Mood: Back in my home country for the first time in 2.5 years.
Location: Wherever the wind takes me...
Whipped up a quick gallo pinto to go with the fire chicken burrito leftovers. Then got started on a red sauce for tonight. Tomorrow I'm thinking of making a lasagna. :mcsquee: I can't wait! I haven't had lasagna in YEARS! Oh, I've missed having access to an oven.
