No, more than when otakus use random phrases in their speech (eg. "That is so kawaii!" ) or when they act like they know everything about Japan because of a few anime.

^_^; I've had friends who got irritated with other friends for doing that, though I do too. >__>;; I say "hai" in place of "yes" a lot. Hmm... but that's about it, I think... unless I'm playing around with some friends, I don't usually throw words around.
