I have a question about the guide.
I had recently picked up a new Light Knuffel and started training her in the water element.
I started digging and she found a pile of food from the water area.
But she only gained 4 exp, and not the expected 13-29 exp.
is this because her light element out levels her water currently? (L:10, W:6)
Or is it because food doesn't count as a digging success?

Sorry if this is a silly question or it doesn't belong here.

I believe it's because she dug outside her element all together. So she gains less.

I dont think that is the case.
Looking at the front page,
it shows that digging out of the element earns them more experience per success.


Digging Inside their element

Failure
* Energy lost: ~ 15
* Happiness Lost: ~ 10
* EXP gained: 1


Success
* Energy lost: 16-20
* Happiness Lost: 5-9
* EXP gained: 3-9


Digging Outside their Element

Failure
* Energy lost: 25
* Happiness Lost: 20
* EXP gained: 1


Success
* Energy lost: 17-30
* Happiness Lost: 15-19
* EXP gained: 13-29

So I am confused

Edit: and she just found more piles of food and only got 6 exp.

AHA!
Ok, so she just dug up Flower Petals and received 18 exp points.
So digging success outside of their element will grant more exp except with Piles of Food.
Should we change this on the front page? Or should we change the system?

I recently changed a number in the guide, I don't remember which one, but it was questioned so I changed it till we found a difference.

The level stats are effected by what people get and what people tell me they had in a difference.
It's also possible that the stats for digging outside the element have been changed as well, but I wasn't told if they were or not.

EDIT:
I think we can just say on the post as a side note that digging up food may get you less than the number range we have listed.

Oh, and I've corrected the earth knuffel gen 2 fight bonus level 20, got the right image for it.

Hmmm... How odd. (I always thought it was the other way around. XD)

Maybe they don't give as much exp for food?

Oh Reanna, I made some edits to my last post.

I found out that Knuffels still get more exp when they find materials outside their element.
However, when they find piles of food, they get the same amount as if digging in their element.

Edit:
I suppose that is alright.
