Speaking about a mascot... A winged cetaur (whatever his upper part is) will require a really HUGE pair of wings to lift himself to the air. I wonder where are they supposed to be? On his humon body shoulders or on his animal body shoulders = human body hips? I really can't imagine such a creature flying. XD
A flying naga would look more realistic though. But I guess you don't like this idea, do you?
