Good afternoon everyone! I spent last night doing some more homework (finally) and celebrating my brother's birthday. Fridays are a little tight for me, but I'll try to post up an announcement about that thing from yesterday before I leave. XD;


Edit: I'm still working on this, but beginning next month, our hangout is going to start hosting a Character of the Month (CotM) art contest. At the beginning of each month, an OC is chosen to become the CotM and will have art drawn of them in exchange for a chance to win prizes. :)

You'll need at least one member point (MP) in order for your OC to be chosen to become CotM, and extra MP may be exchanged for up to 5k worth of prize money for each contest. :)

@Lan: Aha, I didn't want to make him all dark and wicked like what I've heard about most drows though; at least, not quite. But I don't know enough about drows yet. I need to do research. >>b

Uh, you can collaborate on an Oekaki, but it's just like a program where people can draw or upload their works. I use that to draw mostly out of habit. ^^;

CotM will be chosen via a raffle (though members have to sign up for it). Nah, you can ask; I have planned most of it out. The rest of it has to do with the wording.

Hint: You will be needing member points though (and they'll be easy enough to come by). The more the better, probably.

Yes, the owner of the CotM will choose the contest winners. Then I will do the raffle for the next month's CotM after that. >>b

You guys will need to come up with some prize money, but I talked to some people and the amount is reasonable.

@Webkinz: Art isn't free and most people need a little incentive to get drawing. XD It can be items or pure, but it has to be worth a certain amount.
