@Webkinz: Snakes aren't gross or slimy. They're like any other animal and don't attack people without reason. I don't know what to make of the whole Satan bit, except that it sounds a lot like the thing that was going on with the cats being familiars to witches and how they were drowned or burned alive. .__. Animals are animals.

I'm not for Percy Jackson anything. It wasn't directed towards my age range, so I guess that makes sense. XD

@Michael: The association with snakes, and satan is rooted back to adam and eve. I used to keep pet snakes, but i wont anymore.. I've my reaasons >_> lovely animals to look at from afar though.

Snakes are also used as a symbol for health. You know the rod/staff and snake yeah?

My dad's scared of snakes, but I guess considering what some of them can do with their toxin, it makes some sense.

When I see Rainbows I think of Skittles and the "Double Rainbow!" guy.

I think thats more because they're wise animals, more than symbols of health. imagion, eating dust all the time - you'd have to wisen up. if you get bit by the right snake, it's quite unhealty.

I'm pretty much self-taught drawing wise. Have a lot of books about it. I can't use photoshop. I totally suck at photoshop. I only ever learned to use PaintShop pro. But I love Paint Tool Sai.

Awe, tarantulas are cool, but they live for so long.

When I have a regular Job, I'm going to get into Dart frogs. :B I cant wait! such beautiful little creatures.

@Tilla: Yes, I'm aware of the connection that snakes have to Satan. I still like them, though; in other cultures they're a symbol of life, and in the Bible even God used snakes, like in Numbers 21 where God sent snakes to the Israelites when they were grumbling against him, and later had a bronze snake put up to heal them. Moses used a snake staff to perform miracles, even. They can't be that bad in God's eyes.

@Webkinz: Er, a lot of animals are germy. I don't like rats and pigeons for that reason. A lot of people are germy too, if that's how you want to put it. XD I tend to not share drinks with them. :X
