Aha, I don't like drawing girls. Too many curves. If I can't draw eyes evenly, breasts are certainly out of the question. :X
1. Introduce your OC.
I have closetfuls of OCs, but the current one in my writing life is Faris. He's a young wizard just out of training, and in most RPs I've started with him, he's been evading real work in favor of wandering from home to home at his leisure. He's a good-natured wizard, social and optimistic. Despite the fact that he can't seem to settle down on anything that requires long-term commitment, Faris is actually hard-working and studious, and is willing to take care of his share of the work and responsibility in any place he stays. He's also playful, and likes to tease others with his magic (enchantments are his specialty). He has a developing addiction to potions.
2. Your OC's first love.
Aha, I'm slightly reluctant to say this, but it's Claudius (le gasp). The two of them grew up together as apprentices to the same witch, and have spent most of their lives together. Because of their lifestyle, their relationship has been a blur; they don't look at each other as siblings, or friends, or as a romantic interest.
Even so, Claudius was Faris' first love, and probably the person he currently loves most (though again, the definition of "love" would be hard to define). If anything, I guess Faris sees him as the pillar in his life and the home that he can come back to. As for Claudius, he probably sees Faris as a house cat that wouldn't stay home, but he doesn't mind, since neither of them are the clingy types. XD;
3. Your OC's family.
Though Faris did have a mother and father and even siblings, he's not allowed to speak of them once he'd left home to begin his apprenticeship. The witches and wizards in this world lack the ability to have children of their own, so they take up contracts with humans under which they exchange worldly goods in exchange for a child. To have your child chosen is actually an honor, as the family will be blessed through the exchange and the child will be well taken care of.
Having lived with his teacher Madame Rorik, and his fellow apprentice Claudius for most of his life, they are the closest thing that Faris has to a family.
4. What your OC would eat on an average day.
Hmm... Faris likes broth and soup, so given the choice, he would have that, and bread to dip them in. He eats whatever is put in front of him and that changes wherever he's at, but in his world, meals are whatever's been grown or caught --and lots of simple foods like fruit, bread, cheese, and meat from livestock or game. He also likes pie (I'm pretty sure) and oatmeal. >>b
5. Your OC's definition of love.
Aha, Faris wouldn't give you a straight answer. I don't think he would want to put love into words; to him, it's a feeling, a feeling of wanting things to be right for the one that you care for, and being content with that. Love is something to be pursued when it comes, and to appreciate when it's there, and to know when to let go when it's gone.
