I admit this isn't the way I would have liked to see to acquire the older Knuffles, but I'm thankful for the chance however small it may be and I am totally thrilled that they are reset.

That being said however I do have one concern. This now gives people the possibility of selling, or trading to a specific person. While yes there is a HUGE risk by pounding then adopting it's still possible. I know of at least one other site that worked that way until they gave the ability to send pets to a specific user.

What happens if I end up adopting a Knuffle that may have been meant for someone else? I don't want to be receiving PMs asking me to re-pound a Knufflel nor do I care that someone else may have paid for it. Call me rude, but that's the chance you take if you're going to be doing it that way and too bad for you.

I'd like official word on who would be right in this situation because I'm not willingly going to give up a Knuffle I've been dying to own and that I legitimately acquired through the pound.

@kittaly: That would be disgusting. I was just talking to another user about that. Nobody has any right to ask for a specific amount of fp just to release a Knuffel to someone else. If that happens, I'm sorry but tough titties, you have every right to claim as your own the Knuffel you bought legitimally in the Adoption Agency, and no one can tell you otherwise. Besides, it's an incredibly long shot that the Knuffel will sit there long enough for the person who bid on it to actualy buy it. With so many people craving older gen Knuffels, I'm really hoping no one will even be as stupid as to try such a thing. They're basically getting stolen.

My guess is, after the first few weeks, the speed will slow down and we'll be able to get all the Knuffels we want, so I wouldn't worry too much about being harrassed by people who tried to get a Knuffel the hard way.

But that's the place where they will show up.

If there isn't an old knuffel you can adopt it will not show up of course :) But if there is you will see it I think.

Just check this place often^^

They do go to knufftropolis, but right now they're being adopted out so fast that much of the time there's not much in stock. If you keep refresing you'll eventually see older ones in the shop, but they tend to disappear quickly. :)

Knowing how Firn does do her best to keep things fair I would hope it would mean that the other people are out of luck, but for my own peace of mind I felt the need to ask. :mcwink:
