I know that, but their original idea was to affect foreign countries. At least, that's wat our newspapers say. It affects the whole world and that's pretty disgusting. Those people who came up with the idea really do it for themselves D: Because it's only good for like 0,0001% of the people on the globe... over the backs of everyone else. Yuck.

Oh I understand it affects the American people as well. I'm just saying it's scary how someone in America can decide over someone's life at the other side of the world with this law. That's wrong.

Yes it is going to affect the whole world, but I doubt that it is to affect for foreign countries on purpose. Truthfully I have no idea what they are thinking cause I am not them and I did not come up with all of this. From what I hear and read is all complicated.. So I can not tell you what is really going on, but here is some info that may help understand it a little better.
