If you save file in photoshop format and open it in photoshop it should give you transparent bg.

Haha, no problem. I searched for the answer myself, and found it.
It works pretty good. I've saved the SAI file as PSD, opened in GIMP and saved it as a PNG. And tadaa! You get a clean outlined knuffel!

Also many people wait till prices of knuffel drop to buy them cheaper I think. It's hard to buy all knuffel you want with so many of them being released >.<
