I haven't owned a virtual pet since like... my Neopet days (some... 8-ish years ago?? @A@)

Is it weird that I find virtual pets more of a responsibility than real pets?? xDDDD

Nah, same here, I think it's more difficult, because they can't really come sit next to you to ask for attention...
And congrats on the knuffel. Even if they have no digs, they can still be fed and played with for experience points, when they reach a new level you get FP and every 5 levels you gain another chance to dig.
The water one is looking good. You can already see how it'll turn out up until its third stage in evolution.

Haha, exactly! Like, I feel like I can't tell if she's happy/sad, can't interact with it... its like I'm not taking care of my pet properly. ; A ;
Maybe this is just a side effect of (a) being a pet owner and (b) being new to this whole Knuffle thing. xD

If the bar is full you don't gain experience points from feeding with them or playing, you have to wait until they've emptied a bit, then you gain points again.

And you can see spoilers for the current knuffel and older ones on this thread
As people level their knuffel and someone reach a new stage that's not yet been seen, they put them on here. The update can be a bit slow sometimes, but they're all put in the same thread. The current knuffel in knufftropolis are usually generation 12 or later.

occasionally someone 'drops' a few of her old regular knuffel, those go back to knufftropolis then for the original amount of FP you can find them there.
If you decide to do that, you'll lose that knuffel and have to rebuy them. You do get some FP in return though (some 100 FP per so many levels or something)
Sometimes people announce if they'll release a lot of old knuffel on that same thread I gave you, or in their own knuffelthread... Or you get lucky.
Some people even arrange among each other for times to let them go to get a bigger chance at finding a certain old knuffel.

@Raine: Yea, I'm not particularly fond of large crowds of people either. x.x My boyfriend keeps trying to get me to go to local concerts with him and his buddy but I just tell him I'll pass. xD;

I've only got one friend left from High School (everyone else I just hung out with because they were there and I didn't want to be rude). T^T Her parents made her move to a different state after her and her brother graduated. )8 I miss her. And =_= our house is always full of my younger sister's annoying teenager friends. I generally lock myself away cause I can't take all the stupid and drama. @-@

@Vin: Yea. It was my first laptop so I don't think I took care of it as well as I could had. xD Honestly, the laptop itself probably still works but I had problems with the chargers. They all broke and then eventually... o.o caught fire and singed my floor. That's when I decided I was done with it. XD This one I've taken care of a bit better so it's lasted longer.

@secriden: No problem. :D

Edit:
Also, I think that the feeding bar on Knuffel goes down after 6 minutes; feeding bar 5 minutes. As for the previous generations, I heard Firn's been putting out extras of some of the older ones because she kept having to up the amount they started out at since people were buying multiples mostly to clean out a certain Knuffel to get new ones. So she's trying to balance out the numbers a bit. (At least I think that's what I read. >.< )

@ Vineda ;; Ohhhh. So that's how you get the older gens. Some of them are SO pretty. So, wait, if you get an older gen, does that mean it's already leveled up? Or do you have to go through the whole process again?

Guys, once you max out one of the digging stats... do you then go on to max out another element?

@secri: I've been feeding yours today. x3 And cos they're so impatient to wait for them to leave on their own. x.x It's not very nice because it puts a bigger work load on Firn to make a new Knuffel (on top of everything else and her real life work load). She's decided that everyone can wait, though, now no matter when they go out. xD Good for her. I can wait for new ones. :) Plus, it gives me a chance to level mine up finally. XD I usually focus on the newest ones out because I'm anxious to see what they become but now they've slowed down a bit and I can catch up. >:3 Mwhahahaha.

*Edit*
I don't know that there is a max on the digging elements. If you're looking to get more materials, it's best to stick with their element. If you're looking to get more xp, it's better to go with any other others (I usually do opposite). It's a bit slow at first doing them out of their element but I think they level pretty quickly when they're level 50+.

Edit again: As for the older gens, when they get released into the Knuffel shop, they reset to level 1. So it's like you bought it when they first came out. And digging where the most elements are would be better than randomly digging cos they won't find much otherwise. :)

Thank you so much~ xDD I fed like... a bunch of yours yesterday. I wasn't sure what I was doing, though. So I just maxed out the bars on all the Knuffles that had digs left. >w<;;;; /shot.

Ah, do you have many that aren't maxed yet? When I was feeding yours, they all looked so pretty and elabroate, I couldn't tell. The only ones I saw that were obviously not yet leveled were like the 12 Gen ones that I saw in the Knufftropolis (sp?).

*nodnod* I noticed that I had a bit of a better shot at getting -something- if I did it in the original element (the one that has 10 digging). I was playing around with Neph and wound up with 5 failed digs cuz I avoided the water section. xDDDD

Ohh, I see. That makes sense. /nodnod. And more fun cuz you get to watch the evolution process yourself. *U*
