If pepper spray is illegal...then the next best thing is a kick between the legs! Or you can bite sensitive spots like the earlobe, or pinch the area between the thumb and the forefinger, or grab the part of the arm just below the armpit and tear with all your strength! :D <-- all stuff I learned online ;)

But yah, eye contact, then ignore them as best as you can is the way to go, and just generally not going out at night I guess. Hope everyone stays safe! >.<

For salt spray, just spray ocean water haha. XD
