That's not exactly their fault either... you see, there are 5 planes. Two Grob A's, one Grob B, one Diamond Super DiMona and one Diamond Katana. The Katana is always on another airport so I've never even seen it. The others are on our airport and divided; 1 Grob A is available for instruction, the DiMona is also sort of available for instruction but not the standard instruction plane, the other 2 are usually only available for license holders. Because I am still a very long way from being a license holder I had booked a flight on the instruction A. But only the B was flying, and scheduled for safari. So they weren't blowing off my reservation. I never reserved that particular plane.
The only thing they could have done was call me, but it's a bit of a chaos there, and apparently all the other people who booked were called except for me ^_^;;
So I'll just call before I go, next time.
Oh and because people thought it sucked they scheduled another flight for me. My usual instructor is also a technician so hell do the maintenance of the A today, and test fly it on wednesday, and take me for my lesson directly after if the weather's good. So they really do try to fix it as good as possible. And I'm very grateful for that.
