Are they allowed to do that? They used Firn's base from this site in the design...wouldn't that be considered copyright infringement?

I am sure it was design only. I did read somewhere that Firn allow RL commission of wild knuffel but you can't submit them on the site. So I am sure she is fine and if not...I hate myself for getting her in trouble. I just really though it was such a good wild knuffel.

I'm actually not making a big deal, just wondering if they are even allowed to do that. I tend to try and seek clarification on things I'm not completely sure is permitted, though I honestly do think it is wrong of them to sell the design even just for the reason that its not 100% their own work. And Firn did say commissions were okay, as long as they were not paid for using real money or online money of any kind, but as I said, I don't know if that applies for only those submitted as knuffels and accepted, or any design that has been submitted whether or not they get rejected. I'm just trying to reach a logical understand on how such things work, that's kind of what it means to be a math major, even if I'm more of an applied mathematician then a philosophical/complex and multidimensional problem solver. (note, the later are more of the ones that win things like the Nobel Peace Prize ).
