Normally when we reach our limit of internet data it just goes slow as hell but you can still download stuff. By slow as hell I mean dial up as opposed to ADSL.

No I meant that my dad made a block system where he can make the fritz box block the internet if a time limit is reached.. e.g. 3 hours limit..

Oh, huh-

That's fair enough, I'm normally on the net for quite a few hours but I guess that's a good system for parents who want their kids to do stuff besides going on the internet.
