For real. It's a crystal stick you get wet and rub under your arms and it reacts with the chemicals in your sweat and keeps you from stinking.

And it lasts FOREVER. Mine's barely worn down at all, but it did get a chunk taken out of it when I dropped it on the bathroom floor once...
