My stomach not happy. I was stupid and had chips for lunch.

Salt and vinegar chips.
I ate a lot.
My mouth and stomach are not pleased about it and mentally I'm not either.

What are you allergic to?
I used to like that flavor, until I realized that I don't really enjoy potato chips that much.

btw Foxy, you shouldn't feel ashamed of your eating. Most people who lose weight as quickly as you were get an overwhelming urge to binge eat soon after. What you need to do is start eating foods that will satisfy your body's need for healthy fats and the food shame should stop.
I recommend avocado, nuts and yogurt with lots of active cultures. There are other things but those are the ones that I like

Vinegar. I love it, I put it in anything I can, but I am allergic. It burns my mouth and gives me blisters and makes the skin in my mouth peel if I have too much. I got to the blister phase with eating those chips today.

Bleck. I hate Avocados. x.x They're all mushy and gross. Lol
I love nuts, but don't like to eat them when dieting. They have good nutrition content, but are very high in calories considering the amount of them you get to eat.

I see. I like using walnuts in my salads since I don't like croutons.
You could also eat foods that make you feel full longer like oatmeal/ porridge/bran, hard boiled eggs and the like.
I'm just trying to be helpful since I know your struggle
